How do we know if we're ready for a digital transformation?+
Readiness isn't binary. We help organizations assess where they are (in terms of technology, process maturity, and organizational capacity) and design a transformation approach that matches their actual readiness. You don't have to be ready for everything at once.
How long does a digital transformation take?+
It depends on scope. A targeted Oracle Cloud migration for a mid-market organization might take 12–18 months. A full enterprise transformation across ERP, EPM, and analytics can take 2–3 years in phases. We'll give you a realistic picture after a proper assessment.
How do you handle change management?+
